Submit the request
- 1Open My Profile.
- 2Find the locked email or school field.
- 3Select Contact Administrator.
- 4Enter the requested information and explain why the change is needed.
- 5Submit the request and wait for staff confirmation.
Why these fields are locked
Email controls sign-in identity and school controls program association, branding, and directory information. Staff review prevents accidental reassignment.
