Find instructors and manage listings

Find an instructor

1. 1Open the Instructors directory.
2. 2Search by the instructor’s name or business name.
3. 3Choose one or more instructor types to find help with specific skills.
4. 4Use the state filter when instructors with locations are available.
5. 5Select an instructor’s name or photo to open the full profile.

View an instructor profile

A profile may include instructor types, business name, phone, email, website, address and map, a description, and upcoming camps or events. Select a phone number, email address, website, or event link to contact the instructor or learn more.

Administrators: add an instructor

1. 1Open the Instructors directory.
2. 2Select Add Instructor.
3. 3Enter the instructor’s first and last name, then add any available business, instructor types, contact information, address, website, description, profile photo, and logo.
4. 4Select Save.
5. 5Open the new instructor’s profile to review the listing.

Administrators: edit or remove an instructor

1. 1Find the instructor in the Instructors directory.
2. 2Select Edit on the directory card, or open the profile and select Edit.
3. 3Update the information and select Save.
4. 4To permanently remove the listing, select Delete and confirm.

Administrators: add or edit camps and events

1. 1Open the instructor’s profile from the Instructors directory.
2. 2In Upcoming Camps / Events, select Add Event.
3. 3Enter the event name and start date and time. Add an end date and time, description, price, and website when available.
4. 4Select Save.
5. 5Use the pencil beside an event to edit it, or the trash control to delete it.

Past events

Past camps and events are hidden from players. Administrators can still see them below the upcoming list and can edit or delete them.
